very bad leadership in this world

Am I hiding the bright of the master?

A leader is someone who knows how to motivate the others to help him/her.  Instead to give a opportunity to the persons they exclude them from society. If they exclude, then there is no moral to blame. 

Faced to the problems of persons, I appeal to the egoism speaking about the advantages of app as any business must be capable to do.

Faced to the problems of persons, I show understanding in deep heart. 

When you try to escape to that kind of laws you only damage yourself. A leader is someone who knows how to have power.
